These essential oils are known to help improve focus: Peppermint, Rosemary or Vetiver. Our favorite combination is peppermint and rosemary, the aroma blend resembles a crisp winter morning. Another wonderful essential oil to invigorate and stimulate is spearmint (image shown).
Keep in mind, essential oils in the mint family are best used in inhalation, these oils may cause irritation when applied to the skin. If you do wish to apply the oils to your skin, be sure to mix with a carrier oil, such as jojoba or mix into a lotion.
Citrus oils such as lemon or orange awaken and refresh the mind. Try these oils in the middle of your work day, you’ll experience a noticeable difference.
